The British Gas Great Swim Series - Your Challenge for 2010 Happy New Year! Entries are filling fast for the British Gas Great Swim series 2010 so if you haven't booked your place yet, now is the perfect time. Why not persuade your friends and family to sign up too? Swimming is a wonderfully social activity and is the perfect way to raise the spirits and shed those extra few pounds after the festive period. Entries are now closed for the British Gas Great North Swim. There are, however, limited charity places still available. Anyone taking part in one of the British Gas Great Swim Series events can find a range of invaluable tools – from training plans tailored to you and your needs to a lively community forum where you can obtain useful help and assistance from fellow swimmers – at the Training Room.
Great Swim have teamed up with Pacific Swims to offer one lucky Great Swimmer a chance to win a free place in the Fiji Ocean Swim Festival taking place on the 29-31 October 2010 at Plantation Resort, Malololailai Island. Flights and accommodation included. Closing date, Sunday 5 September 2010.
